    We have a 30-day return/refund policy, starting from the date you receive your item or the date of the cancellation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all returns.

 

INITIATING A RETURN:

    To initiate a return, please contact us at support@melanatedfundamentals.com. We will provide you with the necessary return address and instructions. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

    Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items. If there are any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

    Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

 

EXCLUSIONS:

EXCHANGES:

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD:

    For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from receipt, without providing a reason. The item must meet the same conditions as mentioned in our standard return policy.

 

REFUNDS:

    Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
